I also don't get any beeps at all

I couldn't check the bios was up to date as it was new build and I am not able to update it. The motherboard say AMD Ryzen 3000 and 2000 desktop ready. We have tried 2 PSU. same problem.

I have just built a new build PC and I am not getting it to either boot or to display and I am lost as what else to do. My build is: ASUS Prime A320M-A motherboard Ryzen 5 2600 CPU Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz Builder 700W PSU Geforce GTX 1660 Graphics I have bread boarded the set up with no change and tried the usual fault finding. I don't get any beeps at start up, the CPU fan and HDD start up but I get no display to the monitor. At first I was trying it on the integrated graphics but after reading the Ryzen it say for the CPU to run it requires a discrete graphics card so I purchased the GTX 1660. Still the same issue. no boot, no display. I can't even get to the Bios . Please help me.........................
