(Not sure if this is the appropriate place for this but)
I've been noticing major slowdowns and lagging/freezing while watching YouTube or when booting into Windows 10 and I don't know how to fix this. Is this a CPU problem? Or should I get more ram? Or would an SSD be best? I regularly have Steam, Spotify, Chrome, and Discord open and sometimes I edit video and record games. My specs are:
