I tested with three mobo(other two are not mine), I have the same issue on one other mobo, and another one is ok to pass stress test wihout dual channel. Dual channel slots won't boot at all. Thanks, I will try memtest86+

Hello Guys I have two same memory sticks which are the same brand and model and same manufacture batch. And which can pass stress test with any single one, but when I plugin both of them in, no matter which slots combo, it will failed the stress test. The Aida64 "Stress system Memory" test just failed after few seconds after kick off the test, said "hardware failure detected test stopped". I tried different frequency and timings, and no luck.
