Matterrific

He can't open anything and when he does it's only open for a split second and then it minimises and he can't get any of his apps or really anything open. He tried opening task manager and it just minimised. He recently installed nvidia's latest game drivers, but idk if that's the problem.

My friends pc isn't usable because the windows is minimising tabs and closing out of stuff! pls help. Video of problem
