  1. Hi! Yes, I started getting those problems when I enabled those settings in AC. It got confirmed in Discord and I didn't really care about it afterwards. But the boot loop issues started with the drivers or Windows, not sure, so eventually I reinstalled W10. I quickly installed AC, and I have been getting strange frame drops every time I crossed the start finish line. It didn't happen before and nothing solved it (verified, disabled Sol, CSP, CM, used stock content, different drivers). Then I made a quick JDM track day, where I realized my FPS is awful, which also wasn't the case before, as I do it often. A few weeks prior I was trying to solve some issues with RaceRoom where I am getting awful framerates as well. I made a comparison to other sims, so I knew exactly what kind of framerates I am getting. I tested the same scenarios after the reinstall and in AC (Silverstone race start with 23 AI) I got below 60 FPS instead of the 81 FPS min. I got previously. When I realized ACC has the same performance deficit over exactly the same settings (saved the Documents folder) I decided to RMA the card. It was almost a week ago with screenshots of the performance and a photo of the artifacts included, I am curious what comes out of it. Damn, I was looking at YT videos where a 1050 Ti ran AC over 90 FPS at a race start. Meanwhile my clocks were having a good night sleep and I was getting below 60 FPS with a card that costs 3x as much.
  2. I just tried another racing sim I had tested the framerates on before and in the same scenario I am getting 5-15 FPS less. Packed up the card, will try to RMA tomorrow.
  3. That's the thing. The game ran well before the reinstall.
  4. Rocket League is good as well.
  5. Witcher 3 is okay although a bit stuttery. This is why I am afraid to RMA. Some games work "well".
  6. Temperature goes up to around 80C under full load and after that it stabilizes (the fans go very wooosh at that point). I have had it happen in a game where I forgot to limit frames (and had headphones so I didn't hear the fans) and it was stable. Power should not be an issue according to Afterburner. But in the case of the game above it is obviously not the problem, as the GPU just wants to sleep.
  7. I don't know if it means anything and it was before the W10 reinstall, but in FurMark benchmark the cards was hitting high frequencies but after a minute or two the frequencies dropped and the benchmark image became quite stuttery. It was strange. Could be replicated.
  8. Same performance on DDU -> 20.2.2
  9. Not an extremely demanding game and I have reference how it ran before and it is probably the main game I play so I need it to run well. DDUing and installing an older driver now. 20.2.2
  10. Did not help. Have never applied OC on the card. I mean the card is just basically idling at those frequencies...
  11. I have tried 20.4.2 WHQL and 20.5.1 (20.5.1 was installed first while no driver was installed, 20.4.2 was installed after DDUing).
  12. Hello! Last week I had issues with boot loops with GPU drivers and crashing with artifacts. After a W10 reinstall my problems were solved, just to find myself with an underperforming GPU. In Assetto Corsa I used to be getting decent FPS. Compared to e.g. 80+ in a more busy scenraio a few weeks ago I am getting mid 50s now. Everything is on high performance in W10, game mode disabled, ULPS disabled, etc. Any advice? After years and years of PC gaming this premium priced GPU is making me consider to just quit it. I am very fed up and disappointed.
  13. Suddenly in some games I lost 30-40% FPS despite setting up everything to prefer performance I give up.
  14. So far it looks like the clean install solved the boot loops.
