  1. I found the solution after replacing almost every part It was the POWER SUPPLY there must have been a minimum wattage thing

  3. So I upgraded my PC today, and when I turn it on my monitor is not receiving any signals. The motherboard's EZ debug light shows on the CPU and on top of my ram. Is there any way to fix this? I Swapped the motherboard and processor with a MSI x470 gaming plus max and a R5 1600 AF I changed the cpu to a athlon 200 GE (This did not fix the problem) My old specs https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PT5YXFV/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_c_api_i_Jhe-DbJ2NX6M8 I swapped the graphics card for a EVGA 1060 3GB
