  1. I have tried that but i still get the 2 errors. Even when i click on browse and then on the USB i get the error "No device drivers were found etc." The HP support is currently not available so i can't get in contact with them.
  2. I tried that but it sadly does't seem to work, i get the same 2 errors and when i click browse and then on the USB i get the same error: "No device drivers were found etc."
  3. I have been trying to install Windows 10 on a brand new laptop, but i keep getting the attached error messages after i click on "Install now". The longer error message appears first and if i click "Ok" it begins searching for a drive, then the shorter error message appears. I tried any solution i could find: reusing the media creation tool from microsoft; tried to use rufus; cleaned, partitioned and formatted both the SSD and the USB thumb stick; changing settings in the BIOS. The only thing i have read but haven't tried is checking and updating the firmware of the SSD, but i don't know how to do that on a laptop without an OS. I'm kind of scared of opening it to take the SSD out and do that on another PC. i read a review of the laptop where they tried to open it up, but stopped cause it was hard to open and felt like they would have damaged it if they continued. I also can't seem to find any drivers for the laptop. The model of the laptop is HP 15s-fq1032nq.
