its best to look at the time you are buying as prices change a lot in the PC world. Unless you are looking used. If you look used they could be sold so snatch up a good deal if you find one.

gotta love ignorance. Just because one company puts out better cards does not make other cards not decent. If that was true no one would buy AMD cards. ever for any reason. 
 
I think its just dumb to argue over stuff like this. Each has their use and price points. People having strong opinions over seemingly pointless stuff to the point they are hostile about it is a big problem in this world. It fixes nothing and just causes rage on both sides.

Depending on the router you have, you should be to do one of  the following;
Limit the number of device that can connect at a time Set up MAC address control set your passwords longer turn off the WPS function What router to do you have?

MAC filtering is the option you're looking for. Most routers should have this
 
Either white list your own devices or blacklist theirs if you know the MAC address

Turn on MAC address access control and only those MAC addresses that get added to the whitelist can connect. 

Try "Netcut", it works pretty nicely for me in the past but i haven't used it in a long time

capture cards allow you to plug like a ps4 or switch or anything really into it then it will let you record/stream that using your PC. if you are streaming only PC games you do not need one.

In That Case I Think You Should Wait For When The RTX 3*** IS Released,Maybe Then The RTX 2*** Will Be Cheaper Or Just Wait For Some Kind Of Sale,Right Now I Think RTX Cards Are A Little Overpriced
