  1. Well i'm glad that has been clarified, major brain fart. Thanks very much mate, it's very appreciated!
  2. Hiya Mate, Upon further inspection of the psu, it looks like I have 2x 4+4 cpu and 2x 6+2 pci-e. As the peripheral and sata have only 6 slots, I assume that the others are actually for the gpu and i'm just being an idiot. See pic Thanks!
  3. The RX6700xt comes with 2 PCI-E ports on it. The cables I have split into 2 6+2 adapters, should I just use one cable and plug both in?
  4. I don't understand why it would come with more than one pci-e cable then, surely if it comes with more than 1 then I am able to plug it in
  5. Hey all, Building my new system and ran into a roadblock because i'm unsure. I'm wondering if I would be able to put a PCI-E cable into the peripheral/Sata slot in my PSU. For reference, my new GPU is an XFX 6700XT and my power supply is a Corsair RM750X. (See pic below and ignore the mess lol) I am assuming it will be okay as the psu comes with 2 6+2 pin cables. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  6. I'll be planning to put it in a Fractal Torrent Compact when I get it, is there much of a difference between the 6700xt and the 6750xt?
  7. Hey guys! I'm looking to upgrade my system as a whole, but really stuck on the graphics card. I've decided to pick the 5600x as my CPU and understand that the RX6700XT will be a good pairing for it. But I am just wondering if there is any difference between any of the cards? I was looking to get my hands on one of the MSI 6700XT's but none are in stock, the only ones that are available are the PowerColour Fighter, XFX SFWT and ASUS DUAL. Is there any vast difference between these cards or am I just overthinking? Also, if anyone has any one of these cards, how does it perform and what is it like? TIA Bill
  8. The one where you customize each part, like the layout, switches, keys and so on.
  9. Hello boys, Just wondering if any of my fellow Europeans have bought the GMMK from Glorious in the ISO layout. If so, what was it like to build in? Do you have to insert the switches yourself, and do you have to lube them? Any information regarding this keyboard would be great, as I cannot get the Logitech G Pro in UK layout with Tactile switches, so this may be the next best thing. Thanks
  10. Hey guys, recenetly got some new Arctic PWM fans, static pressure ones. I'm just wondering if it would be worth running them at a lower speed to my old airflow fans. I've seen around some sites that you are able to run them slower to avoid the noise they make. Thanks in advance.
  11. Hey boys and girls, Going to be getting the Meshify C as my new case, and i'm just wondering, because of the front mesh the case has, would it be better to buy high static pressure fans or high air flow fans. I'd would also highly appreciate a recommendation for a good static pressure and/or high airflow fan. Your sincerely, An airflow noob
  12. Thank you guys, I may have to try and have an intake at the bottom, but I was thinking that it may be ineffective as the bottom of my case is so close to my desk. But i'll give it a go and find out, thanks guys!
  13. Hey guys, Hoping you guys can shed some light on this. So for the past two years i've had two intake fans at the front of my case, 1 exhaust at the rear and 1 exhaust at the bottom. I recently swtiched the positioning so that I have 3 intakes in the front and 1 exhaust out of the back. Just wondering if increasing the RPM or voltage of the 1 exhaust would reduce the postive pressure in the case. And even still, does positive pressure make a noticable difference to both cpu and ambient temperature? Let me know what you guys think and thanks for the replies
  14. Hey guys! Just got a new NVMe SSD my PC, I got a WD Blue™ SN550 and i'm just wondering if anyone has got the same and how it performs for gaming? I've seen the read and write speeds and wondering if they are good for a £70 ssd. Thanks guys!
