  2. Hey everyone! I recently built my new PC with a RTX 2080 Super and for some reason I'm getting very low GPU usage like 10%-30% in games like GTA V, Hitman 1 & 2, Red Dead Redemption, Modern Warfare, and many more. I've spent hours trying to figure it out but haven't found a solution. I have tried Setting the 'Power management mode' in NVIDIA control panel to 'Prefer Maximum Performance', enabling the High Performance power plan in Windows, ensuring VSync is off in-game and in the NVIDIA control panel, reinstalling drivers, resetting windows as well. I've never tried to overclock my PC yet and need helping doing so. All the parts are listed below and any advice is very much appreciated. Thank you!
