i tried to but it would just boot cycle

so today i wanted to put android on to my spare laptop and i did it! only to find out that it gets stuck on recovery mode gearlock every time i try to boot it. how can i fix it?? thanks to everyone that answers

Recently I found a problem with my old psu which would occasionally crush my pc and I decided to buy a new one. Which one would you recommend for a budget of 50€ and the following system 

i3 9100f 

gtx1660 

a random mother board 

and 3 drives 

also I live in Greece  

I have a non 80+bronze psu and I am looking to upgrade because i have been seen some crushes and that’s bad . I have an 1660 and an i39100f. What psu would you recommend 

ok  an old i7 would cost about 30 -40 bucks and add the 120 for the gtx 1050

no when i said spekers i was just emphasizing on the sound an crash problem i am using 3.5 mm headphones

i am using one

but not with a lot of thing on it 

i dont know whats killing them its really wierd try getting more wats on the psu next time 

and no you didnt kill them or else they would not give you a replacement i have killed a seasonic psu and they didnt replase it

i think that an upgrade to like an i7 and then getting a 1650 or 1050 will go along way

i am prety sure that a 3090 will need at least 800 w but i would go higher than that because it will help with stability  and future profing  

SO THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR 3 MONTHS NOW BUT BASIKLY WHATS BEEN HAPPENING IS THAT MY OUTPUT WILL GO BLACK AND A WEIRD DRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR WILL COME OUT OF MY SPEEKERS AFTER A WHILL IT WILL EITHER COME BACK TO NORMAL OR JUST SUDDENDLY CRASHING.THIS WILL HAPPEN IN RANDOM MOMENTS WHEN ITS IDLING. A HAVE A BAD PSU ITS AN CM 600 ELITE NO 80+sertification

so i have two monitors one pluged in with hdmi and one with an adapter display port to hdmi. but none of my monitors open when i turn on my pc how can i fix that

so i have an windows 10 home key but originally i had installed windows 10 pro non activated how can i re intsall windows without losing anything

i have about 50-60 euro to spend on a psu can you suggest a good one for my money. btw i am from greece if you can pick from greece sites. 

It’s the only one that I can find in my city and it’s 15€
