@nischayvm Maybe the question of contact will help.

    I will quote
Download size is just under 3gb, and after installed on any device that is at least 3gb ram, then will be taking up to 7gb storage from internal. So as the other one said you need to have at least a 16gb rom size to install Oreo.
I see you are suffering to understand the eMMC type disk size. It's just SATA speed flash memory. Might also be used as the virtual ram space. Your Chromebook (if any) is just the same.

@Fublay No. It's your operating system. You have everything set up correctly. I get this on a laptop with absolutely zero overclock potential. It sounds like a Windows 10 problem. This problem is somehow a projector allocated for virtual memory. Even if no virtual memory in OS allowed. In a nutshell.
Without a nutshell. You are using some software that is asking for a Windows 10 product that is not activated.
Solution in many cases stop the use of the program that is causing the problem. Other solution is the .NET framework fix. Not recommend. It takes time to figure out which version is the problem and which versions will forever work together.
    My Solution.
    go to Windows features.
    Turn on SMB Direct
    Turn on TFTP Client
turn Windows features on and off looks like this:
