    Unfortunately, I bought it few months ago, so I cant return it to seller. Maybe I'll give it to my friend, he's using Haswell motherboard

    Yes it was used. I don't see any mechanical damage. I don't know about inside of this CPU. But if it is damaged my PC shouldn't even start, am I right? My PSU is Corsair CX500.

    Hello, my motherboard is Asus B85M-E and I've been using i3 4330. I bought used i5 4590 updated my BIOS to the latest version (3602) and then installed new CPU. PC turned on but my screen didn't show anything. I installed my old CPU and it works. What can I do to fix this problem?
