Okay so I recently upgraded my 1050Ti to a RTX 2080 Super FTW3 Ultra, I downloaded the precision X1 app and have been messing around a bit with it, I decided to stress test my GPU and play around with fan curves to see what would be best and get me best temps, I noticed that the GPU doesn't listen to the fan curve I've gave it, even when I used a preset, I was wondering why and if someone can maybe explain what's going on as I'm new to the high end things. I have attached 2 screenshots for reference.

Please inform me if I'm doing something wrong, or has anyone else with this card had a similar problem?
