  1. Can anyone tell me the difference between Gigabyte 2070 Windforce 2X REV 1 and REV 3? What did they change or fix? Thanks!
  2. Thanks for the insight guys. Guess I'm just going to have to wait and keep an eye out!
  3. Thanks guys. Sounds like I'm going to go with the GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2070 Windforce 2X GV-N2070WF2-8GD, unless anyone has any further thoughts on it?
  4. LOL! But I read that it was released in April 2020. So am I learning today that release date is not the same as publicly available?
  5. Hi all, Why can I not find an i7-10700F anywhere?!?!?! I've been looking forever. Anyone hear anything about inventory, production, etc, or have any leads on where I might be able to find one in Canada? Sure I can get the standard 10700, but why pay an extra $70CAD for graphics I don't need? Rather put that towards my GPU. Any insight or help appreciated!
  6. Even faster than the 2060 Super tho? Asus advertises the boost speed on their 2060S as 1725, whereas the core clock on the 2070 is 1620
  7. So I'm looking at the following two cards, and wondering which would be better in my i7-10700 build, with Asus Z490 mobo and 32GB ram. Asus 2060 Super Dual EVO OC V2 - or - Gigabyte 2070 Windforce 2X They are both the SAME PRICE. So I'm looking for the one that will perform better, and also that is the quietest. I don't plan to do any overclocking, or if any then very basic/minimal. Looking for your expert opinions! Thanks everyone
  8. Budget (including currency): $2000 CAD Country: Canada Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Win10, Media Centre (Plex/Kodi), Mid-range games Planned Parts: Intel i7-9700F Asus Prime Z390-A Motherboard Nvidia RTX 2060 6GB Video Card (EVGA KO Gaming Edition or other) G.Skill 32GB (2x16) DDR4-3200 Ripjaws V Seagate BarraCuda 510 M.2 NVME (500GB) SSD Seagate Barracuda Compute 2TB 7200RPM HDD Corsair 650W 80+ Gold PSU Samsung 27" 2560x1440 144Hz 4ms Monitor (LC27JG52) Corsair Spec-06 Red/Black Case Windows 10 Other details: I'm thinking my OS and top 1 or 2 games would be on the SSD, everything else on HDD. What do you think my system bottleneck will be? Anything here overkill? I don't generally play the latest and greatest games, just mid-range games. Am looking for something that will have super fast boot and response times with general use. Also looking for something super quiet! Will also be playing the latest MS Flight Sim when it comes out later this year. Appreciate any feedback or advice!
