    I am using a laptop ASUS ROG GL552VW and I got ASUS VP249QGR as my external monitor. I searched the specs and one of the selling point of this monitor is it can achieve 144hz using HDMI. My laptop is using and only has HDMI 1.4 (no DP), I used the HDMI that came in the box, but all I can see in my display settings is 120hz. Since I am using a laptop, I cannot see other display settings in my NVIDIA Control Panel so I only rely in my Intel Control Panel. I tried almost everything in the internet, from applications from other sites/forums but still the same. My drivers are updated. I also tried previous version. still the same I tried in 3 different laptop, still the same Please help.
