I have restarted my router man times and this has been going on for about a year and a half (since I moved into this house).

I have a Vodafone HG659 with the 2.4 and 5ghz enabled. Everything works perfectly on phone, ipad, smart tv, etc. I have 75 down and 16 up. Problem: Only on PC (any pc I try), when I use google chrome it will work perfectly for a while until eventually as im going on to a website, e.g youtube, it will take a couple seconds and then I get the ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error message. This happens on all PC's I try. When it happens how I fix it is by switching to the other frequency but this only lasts so long before I have to switch back. It happens to every website but it isnt consistent. Ive tried turning off the 5ghz but then I have no way of fixing the issue. Please help me as Vodafone them self said they couldnt help me. Ive tested it without an antivirus active and I have restarted my router many times. Its been like this since I got it 1 and a half years ago.
