Hi guys. I’ve been very lucky to be able to get hold of this card but when gaming it’s getting up to 77degrees. Is there any methods I could try other than water cooling it to lower the temps? Cheers

Hi guys, I’ve just purchased the above headset and I’m trying to fine tune the audio for Warzone. For some reason though in the Ghub software it says update on-board memory (dac), clicking it doesn’t do anything and I’ve reinstalled Ghub to no avail? Anyway, I’ve also noticed in the advanced EQ there’s only 5 sections and I’m sure there’s supposed to be 8? Any advice would be great thanks

It’s Warzone, with mainly low settings across the board.

Hi guys. I’ve never streamed in my life and I’m trying toxins the best way to do it without ruining the gaming experience in terms of performance hits. My brother has been doing it lately but complaining of dropping lots of FPS. We have identical pcs really. Ryzen 5 3600xt, RTX 2070 Super, 32gb of ram with some nvme drives. I don’t believe he’s got a capture card so must be broadcasting some how. He’s decided to buy a Ryzen 7 5800x cpu hoping that helps with FPS whilst streaming? I’m not sure that’s the answer. Any advice or tips you could offer me to get it right would be great. Thanks.

Everything with my pc is 6 months old. It was a brand new build I put together last year. The issue was interference from using the same usb headers. I had my headset and mouse dongle both in 3.0 usb headers. Moving the mouse to a 3.2 usb seems to have solved the issue.

Razer have just told me that they will replace it but the bloody mic works when plugged into the phone? what the hell I've just noticed a pop up saying theres not enough USB resources?

you reckon? my original mouse was a Logitech as well though? I've been running the G Hub software since I built the PC

its a bloody nightmare. I'm on to Razer support and they can't seem to help

Hi folks, I've had a new a mouse bought for me and since installing it and using, it seems to be playing up my headset mic? Also it randomly drops out as if I've turned it off but it also seems to stop the keyboard doing anything. I'm stumped because I haven't had an issue until changing the mouse. My headset is a Razer Blackshark v2 and my keyboard is a Fnatic ministreak both are wired. In sound settings when I test the mic it does pick me up but if I open Battle.net and do a mic test there it doesn't. Also when in Warzone it doesn't pick up that I have a mic. Just to clarify as well, the mic isn't muted. Any help or advice you guys could offer would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

It wont load the account page on there website either, it will let me log into the rewards page but then I can't open an links from there anyway?

Hi guys, I've had an email from MSI this morning about there rewards program. I've signed into my account which I already had setup but it asked for access to my emails, I'm sure it did. Is this normal? Also none of the links on there site are working, has anyone else had this? I can't even use there online chat.

Hi guys, I have the above monitor and I only really play Warzone on there but since I've had this monitor I've always felt like it judders slightly. Now, I've come over from playing on a normal TV and Xbox so I don't really know what to expect from the display. I have a RTX 2070 Super with a Ryzen 5 3600. I cap the frames in game to 140fps and the variable refresh rate is enable within the monitors settings. Is there anything else I should look at to ensure the monitor is running the best it can? Hey guys, the last few days I've been getting some bad packet loss whilst playing Warzone but my ping is fine. Nothing has changed my end in terms of my internet do you guys have any ideas? It's frustrating. Plus my bullets seem to be going straight through people?

Thanks for the quick replies. You both cleared up that issue for me. I did have every intention of changing them originally for halo ring lights but I just didn't. That's what a lockdown does for you eh? Cheers
