nothing is wrong, just its entry lvl i processor, i5 is like 30-40$ more... loock biget picture, in couple years you need to upgrade GPU and you cpu is bootleneck... if u buy i5 or better ryzen 5, you dont need to change mb and cpu , just gpu... i3 is procesor for office , netflix and web.. dont buy it

dont buy i3... its a waist of money ... an probably its some shit mb like biostar, or some of that sort... You can go cheap of u can go litle bit price up... i would sell that stuff, and left with good gpu and psu , case... i would sell the rest for 50$ , just to sell... and buy some new MB am4 , some B board ((80-130e) its good, u can OC , but its not excelent.. budget very good..) , and buy some r5 1-2gen, u can get it second hand easy for very good price... and u can always sell cpu and get litle more money and upgrade to 3gen...

Sell that mb cpu ram for some money and buy all used.... ddr4 around 3k mhz , any brend.... try update bios and all that stuff first (os, drivers etc..) but zen is sooo cheap , u have dicent stuff and bad and old amd cpu... dont bather fixing...

Cpu and ram is OK ! ... ram stick not compatible... its possible even with same company ram.

Copy User folder content to usb, and D drive, and install copy of desire os.. that is all files in ur pc

Change outlet..if u have many things plug in, when boost in game or haven , need more power and u dont have in wall.... if that dont help buy ryzen with board for 100-150$...

clean port and sd with some alc. download all drivers and bios(tray new and loder one to see) from official site, and try to reinstal windows... If its dont help, its pobbably ssd.. but its not bad , some laptops manfactures dont like to swap ssd... i have many laptops that not suport samsung , or kingstom, or support just samsung ect..

try another copy of windows, different source....and setup default bios before install..

try to play with cpus graphic, if u dont have problem , its probably gpu bad in some sort First go to bios and set default.. Clean your ram and ram slots with alc. Update bios and drivers... Run furmark test and bench , or run some gpu stresstest, test it hard... if its runs test for min 1h gpu is probably ok. Try reinstal windows and drivers, if its not help, try to change cmos bat. Next is PCI slot... ....

you need to disable legacy boot option , and enable UEFI boot option. If u dont have UEFI boot option, set legacy. Download rufus and w10 iso, and make usb stick UEFI or Legacy (CMS non uefi i think)using rufus , depend of BIOS settings. 4 that follow any tutorial on yt.

if i nderstand yout pc is booting.... First, you dont have drivets for w7 with that mb,cpugpu. Just put W10 on USB, disconect HDD, and put new copy of w on ssd. If its work, conect hdd and raid, or run recovery softver.... idk what u want. If ssd dont instal W10, its posible that ssd is bad ( Kingston a400 have wery bad rep. )... instam w on hdd, or buy new.. ps. Run Sentinel hdd. if pc go on and off, or on and black screen , than its a bios problem,, flash it. bad OC ..
