  1. im making a new pc amongst this pandemic and was wondering if the asus B450M-A micro atx board was a good choice to pair with a 5 3600 amd gpu, the thing is im super new in building with amd and everywhere i read says that this board can't run 3600 without a bios update and that i need and older gpu to even boot up to the BIOS, so is this true? do i need another gpu so i can use my new 3600 or is this an older board problem?, im not planing on overclocking the cpu or the ram or in that case anything, im pairing it with ddr4 3000 and a 1060 , i will really apreciete any comments you can give me, thank you very much. :)

Actually, the stock cooler isn't bad. It'll sustain the stock boost clock within reasonable temperatures, and people have even overclocked their chips successfully with it. With a B450 board, I wouldn't recommend pushing more than a conservative overclock anyway, at which point the temperature benefits of an aftermarket cooler won't be as great...

We've come a long way since the days of the dinky Intel stock cooler...

Thanks I will for sure look inte the other cases and see if I can scrape the money for the gráfica card, although I have no idea in Radeon cards I will take your word for it, thank you very much

A B450 board will do, and they're generally cheaper.

Don't need the 3rd party cooler

I'd get a larger SSD if possible

    1060 3GB isn't worth it. Get something like a 1660 super

Thank you very much, the 1060 it's an old graphics card of mine, that's the reason for the gift build because it drives the price down, I will for sure look for a B450 board :) why it's the 3 Rd party cooler not with it ? Isn't all the stock cooler kind of shitty? If you don't mind me asking
