So I'm building my first ever PC soon with a ryzen 5 3600 and an RTX2060, my PSU of choice is the Corsair CX650W, which is in the B+ tier of the PSU tierlist. However, some of the reviews on Amazon say that it came faulty and it shorted and killed their PC. What are the odds of this happening, and what can I do if it kills my PC? I can't afford to pay for parts again
