Yes, we should not say "for sure" because sometimes it isn't compatible with Windows 10 and totally depends on the printer company's provided driver, so we can't make any changes in it. Thanks for correcting me.

Yes, if you install Windows 10 32bit on that computer then Windows XP 32bit driver will work for sure. This is my personal experience.

Don't forget to use "/f" after del command if you do delete it through command prompt. Here's an example: Unlocker is also a good utility to delete files forcefully.

Okay, it seems like malware or virus infection. Anyway, first delete this file through "Wise force deleter" utility. Afterwards, scan your computer with a good antivirus or anti-malware like Zemana, HirmanPro, Malwarebytes etc.
