  1. Hi all, After viewing Taran's 2 massive video editing Premiere tutorials and his use of macros, I wanted to ask if anyone has ever automated their workflow in either Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve (the 2 platforms I plan on using). I know there is some automation with some smaller and open source video applications, but is there any chance of automation with these two major commercial editing programs? Best, Eric
  2. Thanks, but what's the reasoning behind the GPU choice? Over the EVGA RTX 2060 KO Ultra
  3. Thanks. What brands of coolers should I be looking at? Noctua seems really expensive, is there anything better than be quiet! at the ~$50 price point? Also, should I be looking at Ram timings?
  4. Thanks! What motherboard would you recommend instead of the b450? It's sold out on Best Buy and $200 at Newegg.
  5. Budget (including currency): 1000 Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: GTA V, Rocket League, Ray tracing Minecraft Other details Monitor recommendations appreciated as well Hi everyone, I'm helping a friend build a pc. We came up with this list but were confused a bit on why there weren't more midrange motherboards (~$150 for the i5-9600k). We are also having trouble deciding whether to go AMD R5 3600 or Intel i5-9600k. He wants to use the PC for gaming, and wants the best machine for around $1000. He probably won't upgrade it until maybe 4-5 years down the road. We were also looking at the Cooler Master 212 EVO cooler for the CPU, but it doesn't seem to fit in the case. Additionally, what is the best RAM to pair with either a r5 3600 or i5-9600k. We noticed that the RAM limitations for the i5 and the current motherboard are 2666mhz. Also, do ram timings and product number (sk hynex vs samsung b-die) matter for intel as much as AMD? https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zJXrsk Also, should we go with a sole m.2 nvme ssd 1tb, 120/256 gb m.2 + 2 tb hdd, sshd storage?, or just SSD? Thanks, we appreciate any comprehensive feedback in advance.
