  1. I upgraded from a gtx 645. Yes the graphics and frame rate vastly improved with the gtx 1060 even with it not boosting.
  2. I upgraded from a gtx 645. Yes the graphics and frame rate vastly improved with the gtx 1060 even with it not boosting.
  3. I upgraded my computers GPU to a PNY GTX 1060 6gb that I bought used. Everything seems to work find except that when I check clock speeds the highest that they reach is 1544 MHz which is the base clock. It never boosts to 1759 MHz. This is the registered boost speed in msi afterburner, Pny Velocity X software and tech power up gpu z. Memory also only stays at 2003.4 MHz which is the base sped. The GPU only reaches mid 60 C during gaming so I don't think temperature is limiting the boosting. When I ran MSI Kombustor as a stress test the load on the GPU was 100% and the CPU load was 30%. This should mean that my CPU isn't preventing the GPU from boosting. I have also reinstalled my gpu driver but that didn't seem to fix anything. I have tried looking online and in this forum for solution but cant seem to find any. Any help is appreciated. Here is my system specs: Computer: Desk top, dell xps 8700 ( only upgrade is GPU) GPU: PNY GTX 1060 6gb, no overclock Cpu: i7-4770.
