  4. I have had this monitor for the last few months: AOC CU34G2X/BK 34" - https://www.overclockers.co.uk/aoc-cu34g2x-bk-34-3440x1440-va-144hz-1ms-freesync-curved-widescreen-led-backlit-gaming-monitor-mo-059-ao.html I have a two monitor set up, i booted up my computer and the AOC monitor turns on but no image is appearing, i can see Windows on my other monitor and use it fine there. My AOC is connected via a display port, unplugged it and plugged it back it, still not working, i changed it to HDMI and still not working, i have also plugged in my playstation to the monitor and its still not working The monitor turns on and it looks like an image is about to appear however nothing comes up (see picure) Also it wont let me select any monitor options via the buttons on the screen, i press them and nothing comes up on screen. Any ideas?
  5. Looking at this monitor: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07TTJR48G/?coliid=I2NU1PI1JGC715&colid=357BQAPYZW72E&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it ELMB Sync to be used in place of G-Sync? What's the consensus?

My BenQ is 1440p @60hz, the AOC is 1440p @ 144hz, can these work together?

    100hz vs 144hz

Never seen a monitor over 60hz. Id rather pay a little as possible I play games casually and want to future proof for next 5 years at least

    100hz vs 144hz

There is an option to select the 144hz one in that link.

    100hz vs 144hz

Currently looking to purchase a new monitor, have 2 below: https://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-MPG341CQR-DisplayPort-Adjustable-FreeSync/dp/B07R7VTGH5?th=1 - 100hz https://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-MPG341CQR-DisplayPort-Adjustable-FreeSync/dp/B07R7VTGH5?th=1 - 144hz The cost difference is £350. Is it a noticeable difference between 100hz to 144hz?
  10. Most games is 60fps, games like RDR2 having to lower settings to get consistent 60fps, kinda want to get it fully ready for Cyberpunk 2077 to play at max.
  11. Had my 1080 since launch, recently upgraded MOBO, CPU and RAM to future proof, now just wondering if its worth upgrading the GPU now? Is the 1080 still worth hanging on to for a few more years? Currently gaming at 1440p.
