    since the tvs don't have a display port

    I doubt it.  Clearance and fit Kent usually have to do with air coolers which you don’t have.  There is only one place to put the radiator which is in front though.

    that cpu cooler will be good enough for that cpu, same with the motherboard.
    for gaming 16gigs of ram is good.
    with the savings from cpu you can afford rtx 2080 super.
    better airflow case.
    no need ofr that high wattage. that system consumes under 450w anyway on 100% stress (harddrivers, cpu, case fans, gpu, ram)
