  1. Why, I won't put much? Plus it won't affect my cooler.
  2. The brand I'm using doesn't really affect much. Copper is totally fine with Conductonaut.
  3. Alright, thanks everybody for all your help! I have decided to put Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut on the area between the die and the IHS. I'm also going to CAREFULLY put it between the IHS and the cooler since my cooler is copper and Conductoanut doesn't really affect it.
  4. Oh, I thought that Liquid Metal is only used on the die. It can be put on the and the IHS assuming my cooler which is copper reacts well?
  5. Ok, thank so much! I have heard of Gamer's Nexus and look up ways to do this. I will also get Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut and maybe Arctic MX-4.
  6. No, I'm asking if I could the CPU, put the liquid metal on the die and then put the IHS back onto the die and then put thermal paste onto IHS? Can I put the IHS back onto the die after delliding or once dellided, does the IHS not go back on? Do the 2 pastes react to other or decrease performance?
  7. So are you saying once I put the liquid metal onto the die, I could put the IHS back onto the die and then put thermal paste onto the IHS and they wouldn't cause any trouble or decrease performance? I can put the IHS back onto the die after liquid metal?
  8. Can you put thermal paste and liquid metal on a CPU? I'm assuming that once you put a liquid metal and dellided the CPU, you can put the IHS back on.
