Throwing together a 1440P 165HZ gaming rig and was debating between these two CPUs. I can get the i7-10700KF right now on Amazon for $360 compared to $405 for the 5600x. __ Which one do you guys think would be better? Imo the performance should roughly be the same, no?

Scores are going up, yep! I can show you a before any OC and after my OC comparison if it would help, also sorry for my smooth brain but what do you mean by "power throttling"? My fans still have room to go up so I have no clue how I would make it go higher. Also, if I increase my memory clock now would that leave me room to increase the GPU clock too? So as a little preface I started off using the PRECISION X1 tool and doing an OC scan and using the basic recommendation which was +142 GPU OC & + 200 MEM OC. -> (this was after the OC scan) https://imgur.com/a/NRhAET0 So I'm new to GPU Overclocking and I've been following a basic guide where you increase the Core Clock by 10 MHz and running Unigene Heaven and increasing as long as it stays stable and I have a few questions. Thanks my man, I'll take a look into the benchmarks with a 5700 - really appreciate the advice. Was there anything about other parts in the build that seems like it could use improvement or is it good?

I ordered a 1.0 gram tube off of Amazon and read some stories about some independent sellers selling fake counterfeit thermal paste of this brand, so I'm a little wary of applying it to my CPU. It came with a verification card that said it was legit when I used it on the website, but I don't know if that can be faked. I also read some stuff about people saying the black tube is fake..?
