  1. I am really unsure what is wrong here, i've been exeriencing minor lag and fps drops in various games and most of the time the fps just isn't as high as I would expect it to be/how it used to be. Here is my UserBenchmark run: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/29675288 For some reason the disk and memory fall back on percentages and the GPU falls back on the percentile. I have no idea what could be causing the problem/s and i've tried alot of solutions. One the games i play alot is Rust, and nowadays I only get around 100 fps while playing on medium optimized settings which doesn't seem right when my friends with worse PCs are handling the game better. Help!
  2. I'm just a little worried it can have long term effects on my pc incase my computer can't handle that kind of ohm input/output, even temorarily. I was just thinking of ordering a cheap amp off amazon that meets the minimum needs and see how that goes for a while.
  3. So would my computer be powerful enough to provide me with enough volume to hold off a couple weeks until i get a decent amp/dac, or would it be worth it to just wait a while?
  4. I was looking for a new pair of headphones since my old ones broke and wanted to ask if my motherboard : GIGABYTE H310M S2H (Link : https://www.gigabyte.com/uk/Motherboard/H310M-S2H-rev-10#kf ) would be able to take on the beyerdynamic DT 990 at 250 ohm. I plan on buying an amp down the line, however i would like to know if I really need one right now since i will only use the headphones for long gaming sessions and i am not too hung up on bass and music. P.S I was also looking at the DT 770 / 80 ohm version, which might suit my motherboard better Thanks alot.
  5. I have Norton and i run frequent checks to test for viruses
  6. I haven't actually tested my PCU in terms of bench marking, if you could link me a program where i could test them all individually i could send you all the results back.
  7. Hey, So I've been trying to work out what the problem has been with my PC for nearly a year now, but I've been to lazy to get the bottom of it. The problem is that about 4 months ago i suspected that my CPU was dying and i needed to get a new one, however since running more and more benchmark tests on Cinebench I've come to the conclusion that something is bringing my whole setup down to where i can't run demanding games on 200+ fps anymore, nowadays i get around 50 with medium settings. Some people have told me that it was the power supply that might be dying, and some suggested that it was the CPU - but i feel like my CPU would not be bottle necking my GPU that badly. Here are my specs: - GTX EVGA 1080 ti - Intel i5 8500 3.6 GHz - 16 GB Ram Another thing that I've also been noticing is that my CPU has been running at a constant 100% in the task manager even when i am not gaming, and when i am watching a video and gaming at the same time, my pc may sometimes (very rarely) just shut off. I am willing to provide any other information and can open up my PC to inspect parts if needed, but i really need help on this as its something that has been getting progressively worse. And if push comes to shove, would it be worth sending the PC to a specialist to have a look at?? Thanks alot.
