Alright, I have fixed my other problems thanks to you guys' help! I was only wondering, when I turn on ultra fast boot in my bios settings, it just boots me into the bios again. Did I do something wrong?

Hello, I have a new pc, (not prebuilt) on the task manager it says ''last bios time'' 33 seconds, which I know is not true, but it does take about a total 10-13 seconds for my pc to boot up, I have all start up programs disabled my specs; CORSAIR Cooling Hydro H100i Platinum SSD 500GB 2.3/3.4G 970 EVO PLUS M.2 SAM Corsair RM750 750W ATX24 Asro X570 PRO4 X570 D416GB 3200-16 Veng. RGB PRO bk K2 COR GiBy8GB D6 RTX 2070 Super Gaming OC AMD Ryzen 7 3700X WRAITH 3600 AM4 BOX Seagate BarraCuda, 2 TB Hard Drive Is 10-13 seconds normal or should it be faster?
