Google Apps for Business (or whatever they are calling it these days) will do this, letting you know that the account administrator is managing the user settings.  If you are logged into chrome (or google) under an email account that is registered to a google apps for business account, you won't be able to get rid of it unless you log into your personal account instead.

Warning, if the overall space of ssd is going down, that indicates NAND failure, and the SSD is retiring the NAND blocks ( sometimes it was observation in older MLC drive )

Oh yeah thats just the pagefile, updates, temp data,... going up and down.
 
128gb for a main drive is quite small id recommend 500gb at the least

Hello,so today my SSD storage was 400MB(I know it is low) and it is going down slowly,currently it is at 36MB,should i order new one ASAP?What will happen if the storage runs out?

Perhaps check what's hogging th espace with WinDirStat then.

Ssds loose perfomance as they fill up if you need more storage than your drive can handle (i only recomend filling 80-90% of a ssd) you should get one. You dont have to replace this drive it is still a fine drive if it is completly full. 

The safe way is to return it and get a new one. But you can also disconnect the power supply from everything, get a good flashlight or go outside when its sunny and use a piece of plastic or wood .(It HAS TO BE INSULATING, never use anything made of metal or other conductive materials for this!)
For example chopsticks work well. Please let it sit for a couple of minutes before you do anything so you at least have a chance that the capacitors inside can discharge. Then try to bend the cable away from the fan. Please also make sure that you remove your tool before testing the power supply.

Yeah, if that doesn't work then your drive may be corrupted. In that case you can try mounting it on another machine to see if you can recover your files, then reinstall the operating system; or you can try recovery tools. If this is Windows you can use the installation drive to try and fix your existing installation.

It probably is POSTing but not booting. Try disconnecting your storage and getting into the BIOS. If that works then it's posting just fine.
 
If you get to the BIOS you can check your boot order to see if it's correctly targeting your SSD. If your CMOS battery is dead then losing power may have reset your motherboard's settings to the defaults.

You could try removing the CMOS baterry from your MOBO for couple of seconds to see if resetting the BIOS will help (or clear CMOS with the button on your motherboard if you have one).
 
You could also try updating the BIOS, but check the notes for the BIOS to see if it's not going to obsolete your CPU or RAM.

Definitely sounds like an update is being downloaded based on the process that's being used.

Check your windows updates. Might be a stuck update.

From a quick google this seems to be an issue often with Dell.

Sounds like a mistake on their side that they realised 2-3 montsh ago.

It should work if the laptop manufacturer put in an XMP profile in bios.
