No particular reason for choosing a Pro drive. My goal is to get as good a drive as it gets for this slot, probably I'll go for something like Samsung 970 Evo Plus that states 3500 read 3300 write, anything better would be a waste like you said. Another point I'll also save few bucks.

That power supply might be a problem as its not the best on the market and should be avoided. How long have you had this PSU???

Applying thermal paste on the CPU and GPU are essentially the same (use isopropyl alcohol High %) and anything that won't leave fibers/tiny strands of the material from the cloth on the IHS/die and cooler coldplate, reapply thermal paste, place cooler and make sure to not life the cooler off as it may introduce air bubbles that will be trapped in the paste, retighten the GPU backplate and attach all screws and that's pretty much it, reverse order to change the paste. If you are unsure, you can always try and look for guides on this exact model on how to replace the thermal paste on YouTube or across other websites.

So the idea is to uninstall the current driver and install the newest one?

I think the tempetures are fine, the card in not loud or anything like that. Before the problem came up I played games link LoL (ulta), RDR2 (low-med), fifa 20 (ultra) no problems
I'll check that DDU @MorbidAngel is talking about

Depends on the card and what they may have done to it.
Most of mine were mined on and I did so for awhile too. Never had an issue nor would there be any.
Only bought 10 series fe cards.

You can install any pci-e card into any pci-e slot, as long as the card fits.
    A pci-e x1 / x4 / x8  card can be inserted into a pci-e x16 slot.  PCI-E is designed like that, to be "modular".

RX 460 / RX 560 cards are pci-e x8 cards, meaning the GPU chip on the card only uses 8 pci-e lanes to talk to the processor.  But, most video card manufacturers will design the edge connector in the pci-e x16 size,  so you need a pci-e x16 slot to insert the card into, unless you resort to physically cutting the edge connector down to x8 size.

The answer above is correct, but there's also small fineprint.

The BIOS of your computer must also be UEFI compatible / aware. Basically, all motherboards since around 2012 should be like this, with the exception of some computers made by companies like HP and DELL which have customized BIOSES that didn't support UEFI.

RX series and newer from AMD and I believe GT 1060 and newer from nVidia require a bios with UEFI support on the motherboard.

Why not? As long as it has any form of pcie x16 slot which i will guess this board has..

2 or 3 are just the generations of the standard pcie. If you want to read more about it, just google pcie standard or something like that. The x16 or x8 gives you a number how many lanes the cpu uses to communicate with the gpu and together with the generation it multiplies to how much bandwidth is available

GOSH! Ok the problem is fixed. So what I did, if someone in the future has the same problem: I found and installed Intel eX usb controller (manually), after that alot of other deviced started popping up in the "Other Deviced" tab in Device manager, it simply installed them using windows update option. Now everything works normally.. Thank a lot for you guidance and assistance @TehDwonz!!!
