I would put a 2tb hard drive in because Games like cod could go over 100GB so 1tb ought to fill up quite fast in my experience at least

    I modified it so I swapped out the RX 5500 XT for a GTX 1650 and also I swapped the SN550 1TB for a P1 2TB.

You could substitute the WD Blue SN550 1TB for a Kingston A400 960GB and save $20, but the WD Blue is worth it IMO (much faster reads and writes).

Also if you are wondering about the CPU cooler, it's using the stock one included with the CPU.

You could also save $5 if you went with a 500W model of the EVGA BQ PSU but, the 600W one was only $5 more so I did that instead (for more expandability for a more powerful graphics card).

You could also save another $20 and get an ASRock B450M PRO4 if you don't need wifi.

You could also save another $20 and go for the 4GB version of the 5500 XT, but I'd recommend 8GB.

    Ryzen 5 3600, B550 motherboard & RX 5600XT or 5700 should be good enough! :3

No point in doing a build plan now for multiple reasons:
You might as well wait for next gen Next gen parts aren't out yet, so there's no pricing, availability or performance information You're not building now

If you want to keep it as cheap as possible, I'd recommend trying to source your local used market.
