    Low fps

    I have a msi gl65 leopard it contains rtx 2060 (not a max q) intel i7 10750h with 16gb (2666hz it think). But I should be getting a stedy 144fps on valorant but I stay in 125-130 in a gun fight vsync is off and settings r on medium only thing extra is nvidia reflex also I have a 144hz monitor

    Yes please next generation rysen also I can get 90% of parts here a little more expensive though And I don't have a rush as my current laptop is kind of working

    Budget (including currency): 1200$ (USD) Country: india Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant, Cs:go, doom eternal, apex legends, Minecraft, ds, 3ds, wii/gamecube emulator, video editing and light streaming. Other details : as I said this is my first PC build and I do not know which parts to buy I want a AMD based system with rtx 2070 super the build can go slightly over the budget with a windows copy. The budget is only for the PC parts. Also not too much RGB plz reply any help will be highly appreciated.
