Conductonaut is a Conductive Liquid Metal, it is not a paste. Its only use is for the area between the IHS and the DIE (aka Delidding). Delidding is pretty much useless on Ryzen CPUS as they already have this but with a solder layer not LM layer. It can cause MANY issues if it gets on the board and any small component, causing shorts, and overall just is not a good idea to use for a IHS to Cooler in a normal case. Its also a Bitch to apply properly and requires a fair bit of practice.

Arctic Silver is also conductive btw.

Kyronaut/MX4 /  is a Paste, meant for the IHS to Cooler, and it is safe to use and is NOT conductive.

Do not use Conductonaut. I would honestly just Stick wit Arctic MX-4 or the Noctua Paste, or if you want Kyronaut.

-dont send the extra money on a ups, get a a power strip and spend the saved money on a psu
-same goes for the aio, get a cheaper aircooler and put that money to a better gpu
-dont buy an actual copy of windows 10 for full price, buy an oem key off ebay for $10  and the put money to more whatever you want

-please dont waste your money on a 2070super and get a 5700xt, the 5700xt is the same i not more performance in most games and $100 cheaper

I'd recommend something like this instead...

    PCPartPicker Part List
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor  ($289.99 @ Amazon) Pretty great cpu for it's price. It also comes with a pretty great stock cooler.
Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($189.99 @ Best Buy) Pretty great board with onboard wifi.
    Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory  ($82.99 @ Newegg) 3600mhz cl16 kit.

Also, windows key can be had for a few bucks from sites like eBay, kinguin, scdkeys, etc. Wouldn't really recommend paying $150 for it.

Also, the build that you have posted above will cost you something around $1800 because of missing prices of GPU and PSU.
