2) Use negative offset voltage from 0.05 to 0.1v
3) Re-apply the cooler with better thermal compound like Arctic MX-4.

We don't have what Ryzen 4000 processor this RedmiBook16 will have but 12 hours battery life is impressive to me, but I know there are some laptops out there can do 24 hours battery life with Intel cpu. This is AMD cpu laptop so it is impressive to me.

So are lower end Mac laptops.  They do start closer to a grand than a few hundred.   The salient point I think is that as gamers we are not the Mac market or the low end laptop market

You should get a refund in this case from wrong item and open box. Contact Amazon and tell them that. 

Weird. I never have to call for exchange/refund. You can get a refund from this case for wrong item has sent to you.

I'd look into the Thermal Take Level 20 XT, or the Tower 900.
 
The Level 20 should take atleast 3, maybe 4, but i think the Tower 900 is fairly limited.

What's the TDP of all the components, and the power supply's rated wattage? Afaik Seasonic Focus is absolutely top tier...
