I've tried completely taking the system out of the case to see if it works then. I've tested if CPU and GPU get hot at all and they do so I don't think any of the components broke. The only thing I did yesterday was accidentally turn the pc on and then turn it off again by holding the button on the case

I think the PC it's stuck in a boot circle. Because I hear the fans revving up and then getting slower again

No I haven't overclocked any of them. And the psu is gold certified

My specs are Ryzen 5 2600 GIGABYTE B450 AORUS M Motherboard RX 580 8GB 16GB gskill 3200mhz ram 550 Watt psu 500gb hdd So this morning I tried to start my pc but only the lights turned on nothing else happened. So I started troubleshooting it. I took the ram out. Switched the hard drive. Tried another monitor. Cleared the bios. I took the graphics card out. I've put the ram in different slots. Nothing worked. What I noticed was that the fans run on full speed. Yesterday evening the pc still worked and I didn't touch it until this morning. Thanks for any help regarding my issue
