I have a Corsair iCUE 7000X case and installed 11 fans--7 Noctua NF-P14s redux and 4 Noctua NF-P12 redux. I got the Phanteks Halos Lux Digital for each, it look nice imo but later found out it is a nightmare cable managing it when daisy-chained. Are there any tips/recommendations to make this easier? Any improvements I can try?
When I was on 1909, everything was fine. But when I updated to 2004, I found out my audio was crackling through my speakers, as in every time someone speaks. Then I downgraded back to 1909 and this issue begins.
Oh sorry. Here's my specs https://valid.x86.fr/u9uu56
It happens no matter what I do. In task manager, I don't see any abnormal spikes for cpu and ram--is that what you mean?
And let me know what other info you need.
Posting this under software, but I think it might be another issue. I get these occasional 'hiccups'--the closest thing I can relate it to is bad lag in an online game for 1-2 secs then returns back to normal. Anyone have a clue what the issue is?
After updating Win10 to 2004, I get crackling audio when I use Razer Surround Pro software. When I switch my audio output, I get normal audio. This only happens when I use Surround Pro.

I was planning on buying two of these.
Or can you guys recommend better ones? My budget is around 350 for two monitors.
Currently, I have 2 Seagate 3TB HDDs that I got back in 2015 and I want to upgrade them. I'm mainly going to use them for games and game launchers. What dries would you guys suggest I get? Also, should I invest in an Intel optane drive?
