So I have built a new rig with following specs:
i7 9700k
RTX 2070 Super
16GB Ram 3200MHZ
Resolution: 1440p
Settings: Ultra
and in RDR2 while at the camp (it's pretty much the beginning of the game) I cannot push above 50fps unless I'm staring at the floor or the sky. Now, can this be just because this happens to be weirdly demanding area of the game or is it something else happening with my PC? I've been checking benchmarks and apparently I should be just over/around 60fps on that resolution with ultra settings.
I have ran MSI Kombustor tool to benchmark my system, this is what I've got:
