I’m not sure what pbo is honestly but it has the latest drivers and bios. Cooler is mounted properly. I have 3 noctua 120mm case fans and I’ve had lots of concerns with this motherboard

Good morning everyone, I got a micro atx build using a 3600, a 2060 super and a cooler master q300L case, 3 noctua 120mm case fans (1500 rpm) and a motherboard from gigabyte ds3h. I am having a terriable heat issues with this cpu. It is using the stock cooler for now and temps spike into the 90s often when I’m playing Fallout 76. My gpu never gets above 60. Is anyone else haveong this issue on the 3600 with stock cooler. I am about to buy a noctua slim cooler for the cpu just so I don’t damage the 3600.
