Just bought an XFX RX 5700 DD Ultra Temps are fine, every game is running well except for GTAV I have seen the card pull up to 190 Watts when benchmarking or playing other games, but on GTAV, it will not go over 50 Watts while in game. When loading, it will go up to 150 Watts and up to 300 FPS, but while actually playing, I get around 70 FPS. It also wont go above 65% load IN GAME either. I had a similar issue with PUBG, but closing AfterBurner seemed to solve that. The only monitoring software I have open is the Radeon software which is open for every other game I play. I have checked that there is no undervolted profile for GTA, and my global settings have no changes to the default. Please help, thanks.
