It depends. The 1070 is better price to performance wise but it will still be overkill if you are just gaming on a single 1080p monitor at 60 fps. If you plan on gaming at higher resolutions / frame rates / VR then the 1070 is well worth it.
5820k - not overclocked
cpu, ram and mobo all individually cost more than my gpu
case LEDs with spaghetti cables
connecting every device i can to wifi
needlessly big OS drive
I run my whole room from one power outlet
Do as I say, not as I do!
played it for a few hours. tried a few classes. super bad at all of them except for one. played that one class to death. fall asleep because it is now 11:00pm. great game. the only game i have ever considerd paying launch price for.
I have an msi 760 hawk (not sure if considered bad but oh well). I have a 5820k so there will be no problem there. I want this because i cant play gpu intensive games at some higher settings; i mainly just want it because my system is so lop-sided with the cpu being much more powerful than my gpu. Not sure if amazon works in Australia though...
i had it on my desk before but now my desk is bent because of it. now, i keep it on the floor; less cat hair, more room and a lot of weight off my desk. plus i can see it now
i hate it. especially because vessel just does not work on my internet connection. I'm fine with the whole week early shit but this is just gonna make me want to acquire it through some other means.
have you switched on the power supply and the wall socket? this may have puzzled me for over a week...
also plugging the monitor cable into the graphics card. failed at that too...
