  1. It's odd because I initially rule out problems on Youtube's end because playing it on my laptop screen was completely fine, but as soon as I moved it to the second screen there was artefacting. I am around 3 meters from my TV. But now it seems to have resolved itself, maybe this is only temporary.
  2. I recently bought the Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter (HDMI) to extend my laptop screen and have my TV as a second screen to watch twitch with BTTV emotes enabled instead of using my Xbox, with the added benefit of being able to do work and have no cables. However, watching YouTube videos is awful, with significant lag and artefacts at all levels of quality. However on twitch there was none, albeit at 720p quality. I want to ask why is it that twitch doesn't suffer the same artefacts as YouTube? And also, are there any other options for this sort of technology (Chromecast etc)? Ideally I want non-stuttering 1080p 60fps with reasonable latency.
