  1. Whatismyip says my location is where I'm actually at - Iowa, USA Issue still happens even if my VPN is off
  2. I'm having an issue where the Kia website automatically redirects me to the Panamanian version of the site. I've also had issues in the past with match.com redirecting to the UK version of that site and HBOMax redirecting to the Polish version of that site. In the latter cases, both of the issues went away after browser updates. However, this is happening again, this time with Kia (and the Jeep website was asking me if I wanted to go to the Panamanian version of that site but allowed me to go to the US version). How do I stop this for good? I am in the US. I use Express VPN but that's always usually set to a US location and I've used it without issues before the past few months. This issue also seems to be happening on all my browsers (Opera, Firefox, etc.) and not just on Chrome. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies and that hasn't fixed it nor has uninstalling Express VPN when I tried that in the past. I've also ran malware/virus scans with Windows Defender and no viruses or anything like that has shown up through that. How on Earth do I stop this?!
  3. Title. When I hit the shut down button from the start menu, there's a small amount of lag between when I hit that and when my PC actually shuts down. How do I fix this or is this even a problem?
  4. Update to this post It turns out, apparently my 24 pin PSU to mobo cable wasn't plugged in all the way like I thought it was and now the PC boots up fine.
  5. I've gotten the click on both sides of each module each time I've put it in and they don't seem to go in any further when I try to push em in more after they click so I don't believe them not being securely in is the problem
  6. I already tried that multiple times and I've been running the PC with XMP off since it's been unstable with it on
  7. Not posting while the monitor is connected to the GPU Trying to connect a monitor to the mobo itself rn to see if that changes anything
  8. I can't get into the bios via the GPU right now because that's where my monitor is plugged in. I can try and get an HDMI cable and plug it into the mobo and see if that works I had been running my RAM at 2133 mhz because my computer was crashing when I did enable the XMP to get it to its rated 3600 mhz
  9. I reseated my RAM because I read that that could be a solution to the problem I was having with my the video signal to my monitors randomly cutting out. Well, after I reseated my RAM in the correct slots in the correct way, my PC refuses to boot. The mobo RGB lights blink when I flip on the PSU and the the CPU error light on the mobo is on but no fans (the PSU fan seems to be spinning) or anything spins. I'm at a total loss as to what to do other than removing my CPU cooler and reseating the CPU itself. I've tested at least one of the sticks in each ram slot and tried both sticks in slots 1 and 3 (the correct way in my board is 2 and 4) and even the infamous Verge 2 and 3 setup but nothing worked. I've removed my and reinserted my CMOS battery and tried to touch a screw driver to the Clear CMOS pins on my mobo multiple times but no success there either. Do I really have to go in and reseat my CPU? How do I remove my Scythe Fuma 2 CPU air cooler without wrecking the CPU itself in the process?
  10. Title. I've been having issues with my PC crashing when I enabled XMP to get my G.Skill Ripjaws 16GB sticks to their rated 3600 mhz so I've normally not been running my PC at 3600 mhz. I got a new PSU and that ran hot but everything else in the computer seemed to work fine. Well, fine until I started randomly losing my video signal when gaming or even not gaming. Could bad RAM theoretically be the cause of my problems?
  11. I have recently been having the video signal cut out on my monitors when trying to game on my PC. This started yesterday evening. Now, this morning so far, after the video signal cuts out, the fans on my MSI RTX 2060 Super 8 GB rev up and it sounds like a mini jet engine. Browsing and that sort of thing seems to work fine so far. I've tried - Updating to the latest drivers - Swapping PCIe cables - Making sure everything's plugged in (everything is plugged in) I'm at a total loss as to what to do. Does anyone have any solutions to this or is my GPU toast?
