Should 16gb 3200MHz be enough for gaming in 2020 with a Ryzen 5 3600X and 2060S at 1080p?

In the hack pro video, why did they use AMD Graphics cards and not nvidia? Is there something im missing that would help me understand why they did it like that? Or is it like how some games run better with AMD or via versa NVIDIA if that makes sense.

I'm taking my old computer apart and I have some decent ddr4 ram. If you run dual channel memory, does all 4 ram sticks have to the same speed or just 1st & 3rd and 2nd & 4th?

So I have a old stereo system as in it no modern features. I have a rca to aux cord plugged into my stereo system and my main tv is a monitor, it doesn't have audio. But I'm able to plug my rca to aux to a old xbox 1 controller and the audio is able to go through the controller to the speakers. Can anyone tell me how that is possible?
