  1. It doesn’t start at 3200MHz with only 2 sticks in A2 or B2, so it cant be compatible
  2. I tried it and it did the restarting a couple times thing and now I’m back in the bios, but I don’t have the yellow led which is good! I’ve also tried setting the Memory Frequency in the Ai Tweaker to 3200 mhz and also 3000 mhz with no luck. Maybe I always had 2133 mhz, I never checked beforehand.
  3. This might sounds stupid but If I try the method of setting the AI Overclock Tuner to “D.O.C.P standard mode”, will I run the risk of getting the yellow light again?! Or was that just because of me putting the new cooler on with too much pressure?!
  4. I’ve inserted all 4 sticks of RAM which is all the same, it’s meant to be 3200 mhz. Before I started this post I already did the D.O.C.P standard mode to try and solve my problem but when I did enable it my computer turned its self on and off 3 times and it didn’t boot into windows and put itself back into the bios screen.
  5. Benji, you’re a hero! Thank you so much for your help! Just one last thing! In the bios it still says that the ram is running at 2133 mhz is this okay?!
  6. Yes I probably did, so what pattern would you install them in? At the moment I have just 1 slotted in A1.
  7. I’ve reseated the CPU and now I’ve booted it up with only 1 stick of RAM and the orange LED has disappeared!! So what would you suggest now? Put 1 more RAM stick in at a time?
  8. Yes I know it’s annoying, is there anything else I can try?!
  9. I’ve reset the bios and the yellow led is still on with only 1 stick of RAM.
  10. At the moment I’m just using 2x8GB sticks which is what I used before, I was hoping to put another 2x8GB in.
  11. I’ve tried slotting them in all different slots but they only work in A1 and A2. Before i upgraded they were in slots A1 and B1 but that’s doesn’t work now either.
  12. Hi I need help!! So yesterday I decided to upgrade my PC with a new water cooler and more RAM, after installing the water cooler and extra RAM it does not boot to the bios anymore. I’ve tried removing all the RAM and only using 1 stick which works but it stays at 2133 mhz, I then tried 2 sticks of RAM which works but only when they’re in slots A1 and A2, if I move A2 to B1 it doesn’t boot to bios. Also when I am able to boot into windows the yellow led on the motherboard remains on and it remains at 2133 mhz. Before this my computer worked fine so I have no idea what’s happened! Any help would be great! Thank you! These are my previous specs before I upgraded: ASUS ROG STRIX B450 F AMD RYZEN 7 2700X MSI Radeon RX 580 8G CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 2x8GB
