  1. is that a browser or browser extention?
  2. Hi, I recently bought a dell E7440 for quarentine homework and of course youtube. I've noticed that when I watch videos at 1080p (a pretty common and low power standard, I think) my laptop heats up so I searched why on google, most troubleshooting tips were to check if ur fan was working (it was) to turn off flash player on chrome ( I did and it helped for a bit) and stuff that I knew wasn't the problem, what I think is even weirder was that when I whatched a video on another windows account/user (still on the same pc) it didn´t use as much cpu acording to task manager and it seems too heat up more if im whatching something animated like a game let´s play than when I´m whatching a video i that´s irl, i´ve seen that some people say it could be chrome browser extentions but in task manager what´s using the most cpu is the actual video not the extentions ( checked by ending the chrome task that was using the most cpu and it stopped the video not the extensions). for clarification im using CHROME to watch youtube. thanks for reading this and if someone comments a solution ill try and test it and reply here.
