I like to do a 3 way SLI and need more PCI-E lanes! I'm mostly gaming anyway.

IC Diamond, but any of them isn't dramatically give you a big difference. 1 -3 C max.

Only if you are into emersion gaming than 3 monitors set up is good for you. single 4k panel is darn high in pixels and sharp, but I don't think 4K is ready for us consumers yet. IPS panel is still 1 or 2 generations aways, and I'm not paying $600-$700 for a TN panel. I'm still using IPS 1080p single panel, and I don't care much unless 4K IPS is ready.
-
You can't play game on 2 monitors. only 1 monitor will be up and the other one is just a glorify desk ornament. 3 monitors are required for surround gaming. Your GPU might support 3 monitors gaming, but you might not get good gaming experience out of it.
-
Go at least a triple 1080p panel and R9 290x or GTX 780ti

noctua industrial fans, Black and removable rubber noise isolating pads. might not be a good value for the money though. I heard they are expensive.

I recommend 1 480 AND a 360. I rather have too many rad surfaces than not enough. If money isn't an object, do a 2 different loop, 480 for GPU and 360 for CPU(doesn't make any temp improvements, just sheer bragging rights). I'm jealous you already have your hands on the new Haswell E and DDR4. Good Luck -

I found this channel from a friend, and now guess what. This has become my everyday routine that I have to go on youtube and check out linus's videos. I made an exact replica of Linus overkill build guide, you can see my post here on the site. Thank you for awesome contents, and I wish you nothing but the best to come to this community.- 22,217 replies

flip a coin. +/- 2C isn't enough to cause you a migraine over.

I'm at 48 multiplier and 101.4 bus clock right now on a 4790k. 4.867GHz @1.340 vols and still fine tuning it. I really want 4.9GHz tho. Should I increase more voltage? I'm running a custom loop with 2 quart rad. Temps at 75C at 4.867GHz. Thanks
