Yeah but why is the rtx 2080 having a tougher time then the 1070ti

Hi, when I use obs and record Warzone it has a hard time encoding (for recording) the video. My game runs amazingly, but OBS is running at low frame rates. I have it set to Nvenc and don't use my CPU. But what is weird is that my old 1070ti would have a much easier time encoding the video. Does anyone know what I should do? Specs: i5 9400f 2.9 ghz 24 gigs of ram rtx 2080 ASRock B360M Pro4 250 gigs of ssd 1tb of hdd Rtx 2080 Ftw3 Ultra

Will these new cpus use new chip sockets or will they use am4?

Hi, in my computer I have an lga 1151 chip socket motherboard. I was wondering If I should buy a really good Cpu for Intel such as an Intel i9 9900k. Or should I get an amd cpu and a am4 motherboard. (I mainly use my computer for light coding, gaming/streaming, and editing my YT videos, My computer is having trouble rendering). Specs: i5 9400f 2.9 ghz 24 gigs of ram rtx 2080 ASRock B360M Pro4 250 gigs of ssd 1tb of hdd

When I do this it says close all applications out, which i did, and it still says that. What should I do.
