    both the cases are almost same if you go for liquid cooling which is i guess better than air cooling instead

    you could do one thing buy the 360mm aio and buy 3 fans cuz aio comes with 3 fans it will be better than air cooling and liquid cooling isnt that risky because you are not doing the tubing yourself like in water cooling then you will have total 9 fans which include the 3 aio fans 3 case included fans and 3 that you will buy extra

    if you want better rgb fans than the ones included with the case you can buy 9 total fans if you are not buying the 360mm aio and replace the 3 included fans

    i think you can add more 6 fans if you dont buy the 360mm cooler if you will buy the cooler than you can add 6 more fans to the case

    look for a 240hz monitor and 4400mhz ram if you have the budget and try to use a ethernet cuz wifi will lead to some problems like packet losses and high ping p.s you could also go for a good 360mm liquid aio cooler that woud be better than air cooling the 10900k and oc it better

    try to go for the 1060 6gb or 3gb the 1650 is not worth it btw check the price of rx 570 and buy that since it would be between the performance of 1060 3gb and 6gb
